"Git er' done!" was the HFOT theme during the building of Luis Rodriguez's house. Homes for Our Troops was brought on board by Ty Pennington of ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to accept donations of appliances and materials and to participate in the build of Luis' house. HFOT helped provide painters and the "talent for the design team," those assigned to help the design team bring their designs to life.
