Please help me support veterans who are in need of housing, especiallly those in need of housing due to severe injuries incurred in combat.

It is estimated that there have been between 1,500 and 1,800 of our military men and women serving in Iraq, Afghanistan that have been severely injured and many of those have severe, life-altering injuries requiring specially-adapted homes.

The recovery period for those with severe injuries such as lost limbs, spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries takes a year or more. During that time, the Veteran and his or her family try to focus on the Veteran's recovery, but concerns such as where/how they will live are always on their minds.

What your generous support allows HFOT to do is take the emotional and financial strains of finding a specially adapted home off the shoulders of the Veteran and his or her family so they can focus on recovery and rehabilitation.

You will help HFOT Build Homes and Rebuild the Lives of our American heroes who have given so much to defend our freedoms and for that you should be proud.
